Our modern way of living attacks our sleep cycles. TV, internet, too much work and stress are just a tiny sample of factors that prevent us from getting asleep as soon as we hit the bed and keep us staring at the roof until dawn; or waking up every hour making us have the sensation that we haven´t slept in the whole night.
