Finding the person you are looking for within LinkedIn can sometimes be a difficult task. Search results are not always what you expect and even though there are ways to filter them (by company, location, function, etc.) sometimes finding what you are looking for is an exercise of patience (perusing through search results) and luck.

Among other changes, contact management will now heavily rely on tags. Grouping, messaging and other sorting methods will be integrated to mini-profiles along with a feed of recent activity.

According to the social network we’ll start seeing the improvements “over the next few weeks”. Find out what’s coming following this link to LinkedIn’s official Blog.
